“I called JK Mechanical on a Friday morning about a sump pump that had stopped working in my crawl space. The service department told me they could have two technicians out by early afternoon. To my surprise, Chris M. and Steve called mid-morning and said they’d be at my house in 20 minutes.
Chris M. clearly explained all my options for replacing the sump pump. Once I signed the contract, they got to work immediately. They didn’t just replace the pump—they also installed an extra valve and added a light to the electrical box so I could easily see when the pump is running. That’s a big help in a tight, unlit crawl space.
Despite the limited space and the stone floor, they kept everything clean—no dirt tracked into the house. The price was reasonable, and both Chris M. and Steve were great to work with: professional, respectful, and efficient.
