“Justin and Dez from plumbing were beyond excellent. J.K. Mechanical is my go to company for plumbing and heating and electrical. Justin and Dez were at the top for technicians on service calls. Did not have a single issue with them. They replaced our water heater. They explained what had to be done and how much it would cost. While installing, we could not even tell they were here. After the job was complete, showed us the work and explained the operation. The water was installed the most efficient way for operation. The work area was neat and clean. If it was not for the new water heater, we weren’t able to tell anyone was working in the area. Justin and Dez were courteous, respectful, friendly and professional. The kind of service call you just don’t find anymore. Thank you.
