|At JK Mechanical, the safety and well-being of our team, our clients, and their families is always our number one priority. We appreciate the trust you place in our team, and the responsibility that comes with that trust. In light of the news surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), I’d like to communicate what JK is doing at this time.|
What we’re doing:
JK Mechanical is actively monitoring the news regarding COVID-19 and updates from the CDC. We are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our team members, while also serving the needs of our clients. At this time, we plan to remain open while taking common-sense safety measures and following CDC recommendations. Our policy has been communicated to our team asking them not to come to work if exhibiting any symptoms or a fever, or if they have been exposed to someone with those symptoms.
Our installers and technicians will continue to treat your home with the care, cleanliness, and respect you’ve come to expect from JK Mechanical. In the event we experience scheduling changes due to staff being on leave, we appreciate your patience in working with us. We will do our best to communicate as much as possible as the situation evolves.
What we ask of you:
If you or someone else in your home has been diagnosed or is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you let our team know so that we can take preventative measures and reschedule your appointment for a later time. We understand that your Indoor Air Quality may be of particular concern at this time. While there is not yet information available on how COVID-19 responds to air filtration or air purifiers, JK Mechanical encourages you to change your air filter or humidifier pad regularly and utilize air quality products as usual. While it has not been tested specifically, on COVID-19, we do offer a product that has validated test results showing 99+% reductions on similar “enveloped” or protein-jacketed virus types.
